Location - near the city centre, but not too close; breakfast is really excellent; interiors are in age-old style.
A little bit cold in the room; problems with electric light switches.

The quality of the hotel decor, the size and cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the bed and pillows.
No tea or coffe facilities in the room. Having to pay a fee to use the spa facilities which in my experience of travelling and staying in hotels is usually free, or the fee is nominal.

Large rooms, beautiful furniture, not too noisy even though located at a crossing of two main streets. City center (old town) is only 20 mins walking distance.
Sometimes you get the feeling that your money is more welcome than you. Restaurant is pricy, food of average quality.
